Established in 1992, the ZIBFS is an independent training institute specializing in banking, financial services, and business-related courses. We leverage a robust IT infrastructure, which includes an advanced Student Management System. This system provides our members with seamless online access to a variety of services, including membership and examination registration, retrieval of examination results, payment processing, and participation in online discussion forums.
The Institute offers a diverse array of industry-relevant programmes, including the Certificate and Diploma in Banking & Finance, the Certified Credit Professional Programme, the Bank Branch Management Certification Programme, the Collections and Recoveries Certification Programme, the Customer Service Certification Programme, as well as Professional and Advanced Professional Diplomas in Banking & Financial Services. We also provide Post Graduate Certificates in Retail Banking and Risk Management. Enrollment for these programs is available throughout the year, and we encourage you to consider these dynamic and industry-aligned opportunities.
Furthermore, we offer technical and skills (CPD) training on various essential topics, including, but not limited to, Anti-Money Laundering, Basel III, Internal Audit & Controls, Credit Appraisal & Credit Management, Management & Supervisory Skills, and Cashier and Teller training. Additionally, the Institute serves as an accredited examination center for the ACI-Financial Markets Association Examinations. All registration for ACI examinations is conducted through the ACI-FMA main website. To access the ACI website, please click [HERE]. Here, you can select your preferred country for examination. Following your selection, a confirmation email will be sent to you, and within a few hours, you will receive your invoice and registration confirmation directly from the ACI. Furthermore, the Institute actively engages in various initiatives to promote information sharing within the financial sector. Our annual events include the Graduation Ceremony, Banking & Finance Awards Gala Dinner, Banking & Finance Conference, Executive Golf Tournament, Bankers Sports Day, Annual General Meeting, numerous Discussion Fora, and various training courses.
