The Zambia Institute of Banking & Financial Services (ZIBFS) continues to conduct various industry-relevant technical and skills training programmes virtually, with a few optional physical engagements under strict adherence to Covid-19 health guidelines. The training includes in-house customized as well as open training programmes. The banking and financial services sector is so dynamic and highly competitive, therefore, Continuous Professional Development and Training (CPDT) becomes an essential survival tool and an important task for every financial institution.
