This is a notice to all ZIBFS students who completed their studies in the course of 2022 at various levels.

GRADUATION LIST
The 2nd draft list for all graduating students can be downloaded from the downloads section of the Institute website, www.zibfs.com, or by clicking http://www.zibfs.com/graduating-list/.
All students who are eligible to graduate are advised to check the list and advise if any of the names are wrongly spelled or if they have been completely omitted from the list. This feedback should be given to the Institute by 10th March 2023, at the latest.
COMPULSORY GRADUATION FEES:
Please note that the graduation fee is COMPULSORY, whether one attends the Graduation Ceremony or not. The deadline for graduation registration is 15th March 2023, by way of paying the 2023 annual membership subscription fee and paying the graduation fee.
1. CERTIFICATE & DIPLOMA LEVELS:
The Graduation Fee is K700.00 (inclusive of the hire of Graduation Attire). Please note that this fee is compulsory, whether one attends the Graduation Ceremony or not.
NOTE:
In the event that one wishes to purchase a gown, an extra K250.00 must be paid on top of the Graduation fee. The Membership Subscription fee is not covered by the graduation fee. Therefore, the Subscription fee must be up to date before one can pay for the graduation fee or collect their certificate.
2. PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA, CERTIFIED CREDIT & POSTGRADUATE LEVELS:
The Graduation Fee is K750.00 (inclusive of the hire of Graduation Attire). Please note that this fee is compulsory, whether one attends the Graduation Ceremony or not.
NOTE:

Therefore, the Subscription fee must be up to date before one can pay for the graduation fee or collect their certificate.

Affiliate Members: K700
Industry Members: K900
Associate Members: K1,200
GRADUATION REHEARSALS:
The graduation rehearsal will be held on Thursday 23rd March 2023 at the New Government Complex main hall from 14:30hrs – 15:30hrs.
