2020 GRADUATION CEREMONY NOTICE

This a notice to all ZIBFS students who completed their studies in the course of 2019 at various levels.

DATE:           SATURDAY 22ND FEBRUARY 2020
VENUE:        New Government Complex, Next to Lusaka Museum, Lusaka.
TIME:             08:30hours

COMPULSORY GRADUATION FEES:

Please note that the graduation fee is COMPULSORY, whether one attends the Graduation Ceremony or not. The deadline for graduation registration is 15th February 2020, by way of paying the 2020 annual membership subscription fee and paying the graduation fee.

The 1st draft list for all graduating students can be downloaded from the downloads section of the Institute website, www.zibfs.com or by clicking HERE. All students who are eligible to graduate are advised to check the list and advise if any of the names are wrongly spelt or if they have been completely omitted from the list. This feedback should be given to the Institute before 21st January 2020 to prepare for the generation of the final graduation list.

1. CERTIFICATE & DIPLOMA LEVELS:

  • The Graduation Fee is K600.00 (inclusive of hire of Graduation Attire). Please note that this fee is compulsory, whether one attends the Graduation Ceremony or not.

NOTE:

In the event that one wishes to purchase a gown, an extra K250.00 must be paid on top of the Graduation fee. Membership Subscription fee is not covered in the graduation fee. Therefore, the Subscription fee must be up-to-date before one can pay for the graduation fee or collect their certificate.

2. PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA, SME DIPLOMA, CERTIFIED CREDIT & POST GRADUATE LEVELS:

  • The Graduation Fee is K650.00 (inclusive of hire of Graduation Attire). Please note that this fee is compulsory, whether one attends the Graduation Ceremony or not.

NOTE:

In the event that one wishes to purchase a gown, an extra K300.00 must be paid on top of the Gradation fee. Membership Subscription fee is not covered in this graduation fee. Therefore, the Subscription fee must be up-to-date before one can pay for the graduation fee or collect their certificate.

2020 SUBSCRIPTION FEES:
Affiliate Members: K600
Industry Members: K700
Associate Members: K1,000

GRADUATION REHEARSALS:

The graduation rehearsal will be held on Thursday 20th February 2020 at the new government complex main hall from 14:30hrs – 15:30hrs.
