 Enrol now to undertake self-study from the comfort of your home or office for professional qualifications in banking and financial services. All professionals working in the financial sector are encouraged to apply and enrol for the Zambia Institute of Banking & Financial Services (ZIBFS) self-study professional qualifications. The deadline for June 2020 exam registration is 30th April 2020. However, candidates are encouraged to enrol early to ensure adequate preparation for examinations.

Entry Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate; Minimum 1 year working experience, No exemptions awarded
- Professional Diploma in Banking & Financial Services – 18 Months
- Certified Credit Professional (CCP) Programme – 6 Months
- Post Graduate Certificate in Retail Banking – 6 Months
- Post Graduate Certificate in Risk Management – 6 Months
- Executive Diploma in SME Relationship Management – 6 Months
- Advanced Professional Diploma in Banking & Financial Services (Entry Requirement for the Advanced Professional Diploma is the Professional Diploma)
